Come co-weave a sound-cocoon to rest in for the dark months. In this candlelit container we will use simple body-voice practices—humming, toning, sighing, and gentle body percussion—to drop into coherence with one another and root our bones, together, into the deep dark turning-over autumn.
The winds are changing. It’s a good time for root work: seasonally, in community, and in the world. When trees drop their leaves in fall, they redirect that energy into the ground they hold. We can do this, too, using our most ancient instrument of expression and participation—our voice—to guide our embodied attention. On this All Hallows evening in the Hum Dome, we’ll work with voice and resonance to explore and enliven the lower body—tending our capacity to root, trust, and take care of what we share.
Bring your skins to shed, your knots to loosen, your sacred perfect ancient voice to weave with, and your trust in what’s bigger than us to hold us.
Pure gold bone broth, golden apples, protected container, and simple scaffolding provided. Please reach out to CdV with questions.
